Tour
St. David's School is on one site in residential, treelined road in Purley. Within five minutes walk we have our own playing field and tennis courts which are in use all the year round.
Within the main building there are eight classrooms - Lower Kindergarten to Form VI where the children have their lessons.
There is a purpose built Art and Design Technology room where all practical subjects can be taught including Science.
Although class teachers are encouraged to have an IT workstation in the classroom there is also an IT suite where children are able to learn and advance their keyboard skills and computer knowledge.
One room is set aside for class music lessons although other areas of the school are used for peripatetic music lessons.
The library is now equipped with a data storage system and children are now able to log books in and out by "thumbprint" ID.
Lunch is prepared in the kitchen and all the children have the cooked school lunch unless there are specific medical reasons for non-participation. The Hall is used for daily assembly, P.E. lessons, lunch, dance, gymnastics and after school activities.
There are two playground areas where Infants and Juniors play on a variety of equipment, supervised by the teaching and ancillary staff.
