LATEST ANNOUNCEMENTS: Following guidelines, the school is closed until 8th March to all pupils apart from children of Key Workers & Nursery. Please contact the Office if you have any queries.
At St David’s, the study of Science for our children is a voyage of discovery. In Key Stage 1, Science stimulates their curiosity and provides a vehicle for them to explore their world, to ask questions about things that they observe and to make sense of their observations. Our older pupils are challenged to independently hypothesise, design experiments, make predictions, as well as to analyse and draw conclusions from results they have gathered.
Science draws upon many other aspects of a well-rounded curriculum and we aim to make our lessons practical, interesting and, above all, fun.
