As part of their work on Victorian times the Form 6 children went to Horton Kirby Environmental Centre for a Victorian Experience Day.
The day started with the children learning about Horton Kirby and the school located there. They went on a walk around Horton Kirby looking at clues as to what life was like during 1900 for both the people and the area.
After lunch they were treated to a real life class experience from 1900 with the dunce hat and cane. This was the 6th year that a Form 6 class have visited the centre and each time all the children have enjoyed the experience.
